How do I order?

We prefer to take our orders via email through the order form online to ensure accuracy. You can also place your orders online. 

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover. You may also send a check. Half down is required in order to start an order and the other half is needed before the order will be sent out. 

Do you have a start up fee?

Unlike other companies, we do not charge a start up fee. 

What does the price include?

The price includes lettering, logo, image, stones. The only additional charge is shipping. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping depends the quantity of items and the zip code we are shipping to. 

How long does it take to get a buckle?

It typically takes 4 weeks for us to build your item. 

Where do we see the figures we can use? 

The examples of the figurines are shown in the examples of the buckles. If you do not see a figurine you would like, please give us a call.
